Refund policy
Returns
Since coffee is a perishable good, we do not accept returns. However, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not pleased with your purchase, please contact us at deron@blksocs.com within 30 days of your purchase.
Refunds
Gift cards are non-refundable. To process a refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return your purchase. If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.
Exchanges
Items can only if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item for the same product, email us at deron@blksocs.com. Also, please send your item to: 741 Piedmont Ave NE, STE 200, #1085 Atlanta, GA 30308.
Gifts
Items that were mailed as gifts directly to you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
Shipping
To return your product, mail it to: 741 Piedmont Ave NE, STE 200, #1085 Atlanta, GA 30308. You are responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund. For items over $50, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
